A standard 34" square (give or take) receiving blanket will make a sturdy bowl about 7" in diameter and 3" deep. Perfect for every day use. Send one to your new high school or college graduate; have one made for a niece, nephew, or friend.
IMPORTANT- The bowl pictured is NOT for sale. It's an example of a blanket turned bowl that I use in my home to hold my little girl's barrettes, and hair ties.
